We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized therapy services to patients across various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, home health, schools, and skilled nursing facilities. This role involves developing and implementing individualized care plans to improve patients’ functional abilities and quality of life. The Occupational Therapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and facilitate successful discharge planning.

Duties:

  • Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional needs related to daily living activities (ADLs) and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving motor skills, coordination, and functional independence
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including self-care, mobility, and adaptive techniques
  • Coordinate discharge planning and case management to ensure seamless transition across care settings
  • Work with diverse populations such as children in early intervention or schools, and individuals with disabilities or autism

Skills:
