We don’t offer merely therapy sessions, we walk alongside families as a guide.

We make time for questions, ensure that parents and caregivers understand everything that’s happening, and empower them to help their kids in everyday life outside of our time together.

Children building confidence through outdoor play and therapist guided developmental activities in pediatric therapy

You’ve got questions,

we’ve got some of the answers! Whether you’re just beginning to explore pediatric therapy or looking for a more connected, supportive experience—we’re here for your family.

Services + Who We Serve

We provide outpatient Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy services for children in a clinic, home, or school setting. Therapy is individualized to address each child’s unique developmental, functional, and communication needs with an emphasis on parent training and empowerment.

We serve pediatric clients from birth through adolescence. If you have questions about whether our services are appropriate for your child’s age or needs, please contact our office.

Getting Started + Scheduling

Because we are a private-pay pediatric therapy clinic, families often experience shorter wait times. Availability varies by discipline and therapist schedule.

To get started, please contact our office to schedule an initial evaluation. Our team will guide you through the intake process and answer any additional questions.

Insurance + Payment

We do not require a referral to get started because our services are private pay. This allows families to access therapy more quickly without waiting for additional paperwork. Referrals may still be helpful for care coordination.

We do not participate with insurance plans. Payment is due at the time of service. We provide a superbill upon request that parents or legal guardians may submit to their insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined solely by your insurance plan.

We are Step Up for Students, or other funding sources may be available. Please contact our office directly to discuss current options.

A superbill is an itemized statement that includes diagnosis codes, service codes, and provider information. Families may submit the superbill to their insurance company for possible reimbursement under out-of-network benefits.

Evaluations + Plans of Care

The initial evaluation includes:

  • Review of medical and developmental history
  • Standardized and informal assessments
  • Clinical observations
  • Discussion of concerns and goals

Following the evaluation, the therapist will provide recommendations and discuss an individualized plan of care.

Therapy frequency and duration are based on clinical need, evaluation results, and therapist recommendations. Plans of care are reviewed regularly and adjusted as appropriate.

The length of therapy varies for each child and depends on progress, goals, consistency of attendance, and medical necessity. Discharge planning is discussed collaboratively with families.

Parent + Caregiver Participation

Yes. Parent and caregiver involvement is encouraged and may be required for certain sessions. Our therapists value collaboration and education to support carryover at home.

Parents and caregivers play an important role in therapy. Depending on the child’s needs, they may observe sessions, participate in activities, or learn strategies to use at home. Our therapists provide guidance, feedback, and support so families can help reinforce skills beyond the therapy session. We believe progress happens best when parents are actively involved and empowered.

Yes. Parent and caregiver involvement is encouraged and may be required, especially for younger children. We believe family participation supports progress and carryover at home.

Therapy Session Experience

Therapy at Halo Pediatric Therapies is personalized, supportive, and engaging. Each child begins with an evaluation so we can understand their strengths and needs and create an individualized treatment plan with clear goals.

Sessions are structured yet play-based, using activities that keep children motivated while working on meaningful skills. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to be involved and learn strategies to support progress at home.

Therapy may take place in our clinic, at home, at school, or in natural environments. Most sessions are around 60 minutes, though this may vary based on the child’s age and needs. Our goal is to help children grow with confidence—while supporting families every step of the way.
